Job Description - Remote Secretary


Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Secretary to join our team at Molina Healthcare in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a remote secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of professionals. This position is full-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Perform secretarial duties including typing, filing, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements. 2. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. 3. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. 4. Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders via email, phone, and video conferencing. 5. Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. 6. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files. 7. Perform other administrative tasks as required.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Strategic planning and innovation skills. 7. Motivated and dedicated personality traits preferred.
