Our manufacturing client, in the North end of the GTA, is currently looking to add a Support Administrator to their team. This will be a day shift role that is currently working from home numerous days/week (after the initial training period).

Our manufacturing client, in the North end of the GTA, is currently looking to add a Support Administrator to their team. This will be a day shift role that is currently working from home numerous days/week (after the initial training period). Candidates must be flexible with being on site daily, for training, and be prepared should the company call everyone back to the office full time.

This role will be responsible for supporting the Account Services Coordinators, Customer Service Team, Inventory Team, and AP/AR Team. This is a floater position. It will involve; managing existing, and new client, dealing with their orders, order entry, preparing purchase orders, arranging shipments, etc. This can include confirming load accuracies, shipping work sheets, customer inventory systems inquiries, etc.

Eligible candidates will have a grade 12, or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Accounts focused role, ideally in logistics or manufacturing.
