Position: Rescue Technician

Salary: $30.00/hr

We are on a lookout for certified emergency rescue professionals in BC and AB to assist on various projects. This role will include working as a Confined Space and High Angel Rescue Technician and providing support to Irwin's Service Leads as required. (2 weeks on 2 weeks off rotation)

Qualifications

• Must have confined space operations training from a recognized provider
• Must be certified in rope rescue operations, CPAT and Hazmat Operations
• Having valid Fall Pro and OFA3 certificates is an asset
• Minimum 1 year rescue experience (2 years preferred)
• A valid Class 5 driver's license and ability to get to work site is an asset
• Valid Confined space attendant ticket is preferred but training will be provided
• IRATA rope access certification would be considered an asset
• Experience with gas detectors
