An essential priority of this plan is enhancing the student experience; we will simplify and personalize the experience for prospects, applicants, students, learners, and alumni as they explore what Humber has to offer and access services. To deliver on our digital campus of tomorrow, we are moving forward with a Digital Student Experience (DSX) initiative to deliver on three of our Student Experience actions: Enterprise Web Strategy, Enrolment and Admissions Rethinking, and Digital Identity.
Job Details
Position Title: Senior Applications Engineer – Digital Experience Platform Administrator
Status: I/O - 18 Months (Dec 2025)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Faculty/Department : Enterprise Web Strategy, Enrolment and Admissions Rethinking, and Digital Identity.
Campus/Location: North Campus; Hybrid
Payband/Hourly Rate: Payband L / $48.19 - $55.84
What you will do:
With a view of the “big picture,” Senior Applications Engineer – Digital Experience Platform Administrator oversees the effective management, maintenance, organization, and utilization of the solutions across the Humber community.
The Senior Applications Engineer – Digital Experience Platform Administrator leads technical system maintenance, content management, system training and user support.
Areas of focus include: (1) day-to-day operations of the solutions; (2) End user support and training; (3) defining and managing releases, upgrades, and security; (4) document, implement and ensure compliance with all IT policies; (5) ensure service delivery for internal and external parties within defined SLAs.
In summary, this administrative role increases user adoption and operational efficiency through effective systems management and empowerment of users across the Humber community.
