Development/Project Accountant

Our client, a leading Commercial Real Estate Development firm is seeking a Project/Development Accountant to join their team in downtown Vancouver.

About the Role

The Project Accountant will oversee all aspects of development accounting for projects, including invoice coding, cash management, cost tracking, bank draws, etc. Responsibilities will involve reviewing construction draws, providing draw information, reviewing draft reports, reviewing GL accounts, tracking project costs, and more.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in project/development accounting, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and Yardi. Experience with system and process implementation is considered an asset.

The Offer

This position offers a competitive salary range from $70,000 to $90,000, along with comprehensive benefits, vacation, pension, bonus, advancement opportunities, and more.
