Foreman - FAC

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for almost 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton and the surrounding area. We are currently looking to hire an experienced Foreman to join our FAC Division for the upcoming 2024 construction season.

This is a full-time seasonal position that offers competitive wages.

Requirements

• Experience in leadership roles with managing crews by organizing and implementing their daily tasks
• Strong leadership and decision making skills in fast paced, complex environments
• Ability to work long hours 5 to 6 days a week.
• Some out of town work is anticipated during the course of the season (Edmonton and surrounding areas)
• Ensure crews work in a safe and productive manner
• Complete all safety documentation, which can include daily safety meetings, inspections, permits
• Must be physically fit, repetitive lifting, bending, kneeling, and walking for long periods of time

They will also possess a valid driver’s license and have a strong drive to contribute to the team's success by working with operators and other crew members to perform a wide range of duties.
