Responsibilities:

**Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum guidelines for primary school students.

**Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.

**Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.

**Assess student progress regularly using formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.

**Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders in promoting effective communication channels for student welfare.

**Employ technology effectively as an instructional tool to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements:

**Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (teaching certification preferred).

**Proven experience as a Primary School Teacher with expertise in delivering age-appropriate curriculum content.

**Familiarity with international curricula such as IB or British National Curriculum is a must

**PGCE with QTS is needed

**Excellent communication skills in English 

**Demonstrated ability to create a positive learning environment while managing diverse student needs effectively.

Salary Range:

A salary from 10,000 up to 16,000  AED (UAE Dirham)per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
