Production Associate

CertaPro Painters of Winnipeg is the best in residential and commercial painting. We are looking for a motivated Production Associate (PA) to oversee our projects. The PA will be responsible for coordinating residential & commercial paint projects from start to finish. The right individual for this position will have a background in project management and construction, and will be motivated to grow in their career.

Compensation Package:

• Earn $65-$75k your first year (Base salary + Bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate job site visits with respect to client needs and crew strengths to ensure crews are meeting or exceeding brand delivery standards
• Show strong priority and time management behaviors
• Ensure that all field programs, systems, and initiatives are being executed at a high level
• Build and foster a performance culture with painting crews to maximize productivity and profitability
• Provide field training and coach painting crews to improve brand delivery and productivity
• Take ownership with diligent client follow-up and follow-through
• Facilitates the resolution of client warranty & workmanship issues
• Ensure painting crews are compliant with Company, OSHA, and EPA safety guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:

• Construction, painting, or trades related experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory/project coordinating role
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Hiring, training and supervising crews.
• A background in construction field is a plus.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate software based platforms.​​​​​
