Overview:Level 1 Production Installers represent an entry-level position within the construction/insulation industry, offering a prime opportunity for individuals seeking to kick-start their career. These individuals will receive comprehensive training to assist in the installation of insulation materials, safeguarding buildings, and structures against heat, cold, sound, or fire. The role presents a dynamic work environment, with tasks ranging from indoor to outdoor settings and occasionally in extreme temperatures. Key Responsibilities:Prepare construction sites by eliminating obstacles and hazards.Efficiently load and unload construction materials.Conduct site clean-up operations to ensure safety and organization.Execute work at varying heights utilizing scaffolds, ladders, and lift equipment.Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional conduct and service delivery.Collaborate effectively within small teams or independently.Safely operate and maintain vehicles and equipment.Assemble and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding.Adhere to supervisor instructions and seek on-the-job training as required.Assist in the completion of daily work records and paperwork.Contribute to the completion of essential health and safety documentation. Key Competencies:Dexterity:Maneuver within confined spaces while maintaining control over tools and materials.Perform tasks that involve reaching above head level for insulation installation.
