About the Company:

Our Client is a leading plumbing and HVAC provider servicing residential and commercial clients in the Kawartha Lakes and surrounding areas. They are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair and maintain sheet metal systems in accordance with local sheet metal codes
• Layout, rough in, install ductwork, grills, diffusers, equipment and fixtures as per plans and job specifications
• Perform highest quality of work
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation of duct work
  systems
• Use hand tools, power tools and specialized equipment to complete duct work installation
• Training apprentices
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Licensed Sheet Metal Worker (308A)
• Must have commercial experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and sheet metal systems
• G1, G2 or G3 license is considerred an asset
• Valid G Driver's license with a clean driving abstract
• Proficient in using had tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Familiarity with local sheet metal codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be a team player and able to work independently
• Must be able to understand electrical and plumbing concepts
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and electronic schematics
• Willing to travel
