Full Time Site Superintendent ICI Job Description

The Site Superintendent is responsible for the overall management of a construction site, including the coordination of activities, the supervision of workers, and the ensuring of safety.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site
• Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and suppliers
• Supervise the work of construction workers
• Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
• Enforce safety regulations
• Resolve any problems that arise during the construction process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
• LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) certification is highly regarded.
• Gold Seal certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in construction projects in the $5 million to $80 million range, with a focus on projects between $25 million and $40 million.
