Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition , you will play a key part in refining AIM's talent acquisition strategy. You will help to refine our full cycle recruitment process while ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. You will partner with various internal clients including hiring managers to provide tailored recruitment to attract top talent for a variety of positions across our growing organization. This position supports a hybrid work environment.
