Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Account Support Representative to join our team at Fifth Third Bancorp. This is a remote work position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently - Conduct research on industry trends and competition to provide valuable insights to clients - Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on product updates, promotions, and other relevant information - Monitor account performance and prepare reports for management on a regular basis - Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Provide troubleshooting and technical support for clients using our products and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
