In this role, you'll provide a comprehensive range of financial services to individuals, businesses, and public sector corporations across Canada. This is a hybrid position reporting to the Manager of Client Services, Private Banking 1859.

Your job:

• Support the Senior Private Banker in delivering services and ensuring administrative follow-up.
• Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by developing personalized, trust-based relationships.
• Optimize interactions with clients and identify opportunities to make multi-product offers that meet their needs.
• Answer client questions and act as a resource person for the firm’s policies, procedures, and complex products.
• Complete administrative tasks, open business and personal files and carry out various transactions on behalf of clients.
• Analyze client accounts, make follow-up calls, identify operational issues, and propose solutions.
• Coach and act as a mentor in guiding and training new or less experienced employees.

You’ll be part of a passionate team that is committed to going the extra mile to serve a discerning clientele in a market with strong potential. You'll work closely with other members of the sector and report to the Manager of Customer Service, Private Banking 1859.

Prerequisites:

• Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of banking, investment, and financing products
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience in personal and/or commercial credit an asset
• French language is an asset
