Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in the growing  printing industry . In this role, you'll be more than just a customer service rep – a  Project Coordinator , managing the entire lifecycle of printing labels for our clients in the Wine & Spirits industry, from initial concept to final delivery.

What you'll do:

• Be clients' main point of contact, ensuring their printing needs are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients via email and phone, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, sales) to translate client requirements into high-quality labels.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery within budget parameters.
• Build strong customer relationships and foster loyalty.
• Maintain accurate customer records and enter orders into our system.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and find solutions effectively.

Who you are:

• A team player with at least 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
• A project management pro, comfortable with juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Bilingual (English and French) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong computer skills (Excel experience a plus).
• A problem-solver with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Bonus points for experience with printing, graphic design, or Salesforce.
