Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

PVH, a global fashion company, is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a full-time, remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Conducting research and analysis to provide accurate information to customers - Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Documenting all customer interactions and updating customer records in the database - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality traits - Strong research and analysis skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems - Experience working in a remote call center environment is preferred
