Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Call Center Associate at Alcoa, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone interactions. This is a remote work position based in Montreal, Quebec, CA. You will be joining a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering top-notch customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone in a professional and efficient manner - Provide information about products and services, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company - Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations - Reliable and dependable work ethic - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - People management skills to handle difficult customer interactions - Comfortable working remotely and using virtual communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent
