Job Description:
We are seeking a Call Center Associate to join our growing team at Mistplay. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users through phone, email, and chat communications. This is a remote work position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Toronto, Ontario.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from users with professionalism and empathy - Assist users with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to the Mistplay platform - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system - Collaborate with other teams, such as tech support and product development, to address user feedback and optimize the customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on product updates and industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent required
