Call Center Representative - Remote Work

DuPont is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Entry Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner 2. Provide customers with information about products, services, and promotions 3. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets 6. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking personality traits 2. Strong teamwork and planning skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent 7. Bilingual proficiency is considered an asset
