Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

NCR is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work remotely. As a Call Center Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service over the phone to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with a professional and positive attitude - Listen to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or assistance - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the resolution provided - Meet and exceed daily quotas for call volume and resolution time - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Confident and dedicated personality traits are a must - Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities - Creativity and negotiation skills are essential - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in English and French is preferred
