Job Description:
Cablevision Systems is seeking a passionate and resilient Chat Support Assistant to join our remote team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer concerns effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for all customers - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability to handle various customer issues - Passion for providing top-notch customer service and a resilient attitude when faced with challenges - Ability to work independently in a remote setting and prioritize tasks effectively
