Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a confident and passionate Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required as we will provide training to the right candidate. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and adaptability skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via chat support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Assist customers in navigating our website and online ordering system. 3. Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and courteous manner. 4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Contribute to team goals and performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools. 5. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
