Description SAGE Dining Services Canada is always expanding and seeks talented HANDS-ON Chef Managers/Food Service Directors for a beautiful private boarding and day schools in scenic Victoria, BC. Our client and their vibrant communities enjoy our food service teams. We seek dynamic leaders who take pride in wowing the community with pop-up fun events, spectacular catering experiences and the best guest experiences. We wow them not just at the fancy catering events that we execute, but at every opportunity! Our managers design and produce menus, plan and execute catering events, manage ordering, inventory, and our amazing kitchen teams. Our best managers are as skilled in front of the house presentation and theatrics as they are in the kitchen.
