Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Chesapeake Energy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Montreal, Quebec. This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing the successful candidate to work from the comfort of their own home while still being an integral part of our team.


As the Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, upselling existing clients, and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement - Understand client needs and requirements to provide personalized solutions and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base - Track and report on key performance metrics to measure client satisfaction and retention - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client input and market trends - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client relations strategies


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in client relations or account management - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities - Highly adaptable and independent, able to work effectively in a remote setting - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bilingual in English and French is preferred
