Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

CST Brands is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Relations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with updates on projects, products, and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings - Provide feedback to the management team on client needs and preferences - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research and analytical abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
