Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

EMC is seeking a motivated and passionate Client Relations Officer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience who is eager to grow and develop in the field of client relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and meetings. 2. Identify client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs, ensuring client satisfaction. 3. Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts. 4. Conduct regular analysis of client accounts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Handle client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent negotiation skills. 5. Passionate and driven attitude towards client satisfaction. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
