Job Description:
SAP Canada is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Toronto, Ontario, with a Mid-to-Senior Level of seniority and a minimum of 6 years of experience in a client service or account management role.
As a Client Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that their expectations are exceeded. You will be the main point of contact for all client communications, managing their accounts, and working closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact within the company - Understand client needs and requirements, and work with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet those needs - Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration on all projects - Monitor client satisfaction and develop strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention - Analyze data and metrics to track client performance and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service and account management
Requirements: - A minimum of 6 years of experience in a client service or account management role - Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Time management and strategic planning skills - Remote work experience is preferred but not required
