Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing information about our products and services. - Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients. - Assist with developing and implementing client service strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in client service or a related field. - Energetic and driven personality with a passion for exceeding client expectations. - Strong planning skills and the ability to think innovatively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
