Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Client Support Manager to join our team at LKQ. This is a remote work position based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an Associate Level professional with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and helping them navigate our products and services effectively.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and personalized assistance to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Utilize research skills to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, providing valuable insights to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues that may arise - Provide training and support to new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 5+ years of experience in client support or a related role - Strong research skills and ability to quickly learn and understand complex products and services - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently - Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Adaptability to work in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with team members in different locations - Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus
