Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


ABM Industries is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Specialist to join our remote team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and implement strategies to enhance client relationships - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communication in our CRM system - Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients


Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Passion for helping others and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations - Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Creative problem-solving abilities to address client needs and challenges - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a virtual team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
