Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

FirstEnergy is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely. As an entry-level role, no previous experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for driven and resourceful individuals to start their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating as necessary - Update customer information in the database accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
