Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: Interpublic Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a remote work position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and efficiency - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer service or contact center management role - Proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and hardworking attitude - Problem-solving and adaptability skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Knowledge of contact center technologies and best practices - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred
