Job Description:
Raytheon is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our remote team based in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and chat. This role will require you to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers - Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for further investigation - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Confident and adaptable personality - Strong teamwork and presentation skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Fluency in English and French is preferred
