Corporate Services Administrator Location Winnipeg, MB :
The Corporate Services Administrator will assist in the administration within the Licensing Department and Fuel Department. Working directly with our Fuel Analyst and Licensing Administrator, you will support them in our day-to-day transactions. You will be tasked with running of Fuel Downloads, updating/creating Licensing Manuals and working with spreadsheets. Other areas of responsibility include daily interaction with our drivers and other internal departments to provide front line support in terms of Licensing and Fuel.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Fuel:
- Completing the daily downloads of Bison Fuel Transactions from each of our Fuel suppliers.
- Understand the current fuel network and how it was built in order to provide support and guidance to our drivers and operational teams.
- Run daily Idle Time reports and review / coach on best practices with our drivers.
- Provide Fuel Card support for drivers that are having problems or need one time Fuel locations opened on their card.
Licensing and Permitting:
- Assist in the Licensing of New Company Tractors, Trailers and Owner Operators that are added to our Fleet.
- Assist in obtaining, recording and distribution of permits for operational requirements.
- Understand our current Licensing and Permitting procedures and policies to support and provide guidance to our drivers.
- Provide assistance to any inquires on licensing, permitting and US Customs Transponders.
Other Tasks:
- Engage in other projects and activities as necessary to the position.
- Works closely with our Licensing Administrator and Fuel Analyst in a variety of tasks to provide prompt and effective service to our customers.
- Other duties as required and assigned by the Supervisor, Fuel & Licensing

- Experience working in an office environment, preferably in an administrative or customer facing role,
- Organizational skills and record keeping ability,
- Detail orientated,
- Strong oral and written communication skills,
- Ability to manage in a multi-task environment,
- Computer literate with a proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word,
- Maintain a professional attitude and confidentiality.
