Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a remote work position with full-time hours and is at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and confident. Additionally, strong soft skills in presentation and attention to detail are required for success in this role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and drive resolution - Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for customer care representatives - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer care management role - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Bilingual in English and French is an asset
