Job Description - Customer Care Representative - Remote Work


Job Description:


Motorola Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative in a remote work capacity based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary - Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies - Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs


Requirements: - Confident and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills - Strong time management and research abilities - Experience in a customer service role is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
