Job Description - Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

As a Customer Care Representative at TIAA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while working remotely from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with no prior experience who possess a high level of energy, drive, leadership, and decision-making skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns regarding TIAA products and services 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction 4. Educate customers on TIAA's offerings and provide guidance on the best solutions for their needs 5. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the company's CRM system 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints


Requirements: 1. Energetic and driven individual willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment 2. Strong leadership and decision-making skills to effectively solve problems and make informed choices 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members 4. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software 6. High school diploma or equivalent required
