Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Overview: As a Customer Care Specialist at CVS Health, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients. This is a remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, CA, and is ideal for individuals who are independent, driven, and enjoy problem-solving.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services - Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer care skills


Requirements: - 1+ years of customer service experience - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - High school diploma or equivalent required
