Your Future Responsibilities As a Customer Service Agent - Act as support for Proxi service station operators;
- Provide telephone and e-mail support;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of team processes.
This position will provide you with a varied day and allow you to meet some of the challenges faced by station operators! By providing this service to internal customers, you'll feel like you're out in the field with our operators, as you'll be directly involved in problem-solving.

Do you have what it takes to be a customer service agent? - You have customer service or call center experience;
- You have a very good knowledge of the Microsoft suite;
