• Addressing customer questions and concerns through various channels (phone, email, chat)
• Reviewing and processing updates, changes, and claims on insurance policies
• Resolving complex issues by applying product knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Maintaining accurate records within our customer database
• Adhering to all company policies and regulatory compliance standards
