Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for all returns and warranties: 

• Follow up with customers on product recalls issued by the corporate office. 
• Perform the necessary research for all customer credit requests. 
• Enter data into the AX software's return request form. 
• Request authorization for returns from suppliers. Manually complete the appropriate return of merchandise form. 
• Research all customer credit requests. 
• Supplier return guarantee 
• Perform all other related tasks as requested by his/her supervisor. 

Qualifications

To join our team, you need: 

• High school diploma combined with 1 year of experience in a similar position. 
• Knowledge of Excel, AS400 and a basic understanding of Access software. 
• Speed and accuracy in data entry. 
• Highly functional spoken English.
