Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Steel Dynamics, a leading steel manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a remote work position, offering a full-time opportunity at a mid-to-senior level.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer experience - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service processes - Implement and oversee customer service policies and procedures - Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance customer service skills - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Excellent problem-solving and project management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
