Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at eBay, working remotely from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly - Train and onboard new customer service team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Creative thinking and ability to think outside the box - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
