Important qualities we are looking for:

  • Excellent writing skills (proper spelling, grammar, etc.)
  • Respectful, friendly demeanor
  • Previous call center experience
  • Live chat and email experience a plus
  • Available to work 1:30pm-2:00am including weekends.
  • Individuals that thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented contact center environment
  • Passionate about pets or is a pet owner.
  • At least one solid year experience in the customer service space
  • Highly customer focused, with a genuine passion to help members with a professional, compassionate, and helpful attitude.
  • Fluent in English and possesses exemplary verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Confident and possesses exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills to provide the best personalized solution for each member.
  • Patient, empathetic, and has the ability to stay calm and de-escalate members during high-pressure situations.
  • Tech savvy and is comfortable maneuvering and navigating between multiple applications.
  • Self-motivated to meet and exceed performance goals and KPIs.
  • Secondary school education or equivalent - Above the age of 18
  • Ability to pass a background check with a valid Government ID

Requirements for work equipment:

  • Minimum 19inch monitor OR a laptop with a second monitor.
  • Headset with noise cancellation
  • Webcam
  • No Chromebooks
  • Comfortable with having a monitoring software installed on their system.

What You’ll Do

  • You will be part of a team on a mission to make the world a better place for pets and their owners.
  • Develop positive member relationships that lead to high levels of loyalty and retention, through inbound and outbound initiatives.
  • Provide world-class customer service by supporting members via phone call, live chat, and email in the most professional and empathetic manner on member inquiries relating to platform navigation inquiries, technical support inquiries, billing and insurance inquiries, general resolution finding, profile and listing concierge services, and more.
  • Keep a record of all member interactions and ensure all member data is accurate and up to date.
  • Handle member escalations by active listening, showing empathy and compassion, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure member is satisfied.
  • Collaborate within your team and other departments to ensure we work efficiently and provide world-class customer service together.

This campaign requires you to have a quiet space to work from your home, and you must provide your own computer system, wired headset, hardwired internet, and web camera.
