Established over 30 years ago, Klein International is a family owned and operated independent distributor of high-end luxury kitchen, bath and shower products in Ontario with an excellent industry reputation. Klein International is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative, ideally with working knowledge of the kitchen and bath industry and product lines. The Customer Service Representative will work within a team of four people to serve Klein International’s client base. Job Description Manual order entry and order review. Provide pricing, availability, and schedule information based on established guidelines. Suggest additional or alternative products to meet the customer’s needs. Verifies customer account numbers, account status, pricing, terms, and delivery requirements. Communicates shipment information including any delays. Provides technical information including specifications, warranty information and installation methods. Shares product marketing and promotional information with customers. Manages customer relationships. Offers professional guidance for customer inquiries and concerns. Identifies leads for further selling opportunities to improve sales growth. Qualification 2-3 years experience using an ERP system for processing orders Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Experience within plumbing, kitchen and bath industry is an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Strong trouble shooting and critical thinking skills. Detail orientated. Professional and positive attitude Punctual
