Customer Service Representative

Located in Burlington, ON Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client's team in the Oakville area as a Customer Service Representative. • Comfortable with handling phone calls in a professional, courteous manner
• Manage emails efficiently
• Some background in Transportation, Logistics is a bonus
• Able to work independently
• Initiative in learning few functions
• Comfortable with warehouse environment as few duties require them to be on the dock to check freight (no heavy lifting required).

Shift – 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri on site – no remote. Might need coverage for stat holidays and might need to stay until 5pm OR start at 6am if needed. Must have 3+ years experience in Customer Service/ office role. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.46-$24.00 per hour Flexible Language Requirement
