Les candidats retenus devront :

• S'engager à fournir un service client exceptionnel
• Afficher une attitude positive en tout temps
• Utiliser des compétences de négociation pour répondre aux besoins de notre clientèle commerciale
• Résoudre des problèmes techniques et trouver des solutions pour nos clients en termes de solutions de paiements
• Effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, répondre au téléphone, faire les entrées des données, prendre des rendez-vous, etc.
• Souci du détail, débrouillardise, honnêteté;
• Afficher des compétences et des capacités informatiques;
• S'adapter facilement au changement et être à l'aise de travailler dans un environnement d'apprentissage continu;
• - Aider les commerçants avec le service client et les problèmes liés au support technique de manière positive et professionnelle.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities:- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat support- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies- Perform data entry to update customer records and maintain accurate information- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and order processing- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is a plus- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
