Customer Service Representative

Consortium Staffing Solutions is a recruitment company based in Toronto that is looking for an experienced  Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Etobicoke. Wage: $22/hr to $25/hr (based on experience)
Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Timing: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm                                                                                                                    Days: Monday to Friday  Duties &  Responsibilities:

 

• Deal customers either by telephone, email or face to face.
• Provide pricing, availability and delivery information.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated manager.
• Help organize training seminars and industry events.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up on customer interactions.
• Maintain customer databases.
• Manage administration.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Written and Verbal
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role is required. 
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications(Word, Excel, Data Entry).
• Knowledge of Administrative procedures.
• Product Knowledge(Training Provided).
• High school diploma, General education degree or equivalent.
