Help us deliver excellent service to our investors and tenants by bringing your experience as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE , to our state of the art office in Burlington, where you will:

• Take a consultative approach to clients to understand their needs and offer the right products/services
• Establish and maintain and manage customer relations with clients through in person and over the phone support
• Provide reports and support to the sales team and administrative support to the operations team
• Compose and/or edit/distribute letters, memos, reports and other correspondence
• Track due dates for reports and scheduled meetings and maintain recipient/participation lists
• Inform clients on new release products and policies
• Identify and solve problems regarding account inquiries while providing technical and troubleshooting support
• Set up and maintain files client files
• Assist in office administration tasks as required

 

What we are looking for:

• 3 year’s in a Customer Service role
• High proficiency with MS Office products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
