Vetted HVAC Services Ltd. is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and providing excellent customer service. The CSR will also be responsible for scheduling field service appointments, dispatching technicians and coordinate with other departments as required. Key Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule field service appointments and dispatch technicians to complete work orders.
- Managing customer accounts and maintaining up-to-date customer information.
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
- Handling administrative duties such as sending invoices, processing payments, and maintaining customer information and data.
- Promote customer retention by providing personalized experiences and recommendations.
- Assist in social media management and email newsletter creation. Requirements: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in customer service and administration.
- Experience in dispatching or scheduling field service work is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gmail, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- A team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or dispatching field service work.
- Training and certification in customer service, administration, or other related field is an asset.
